Sunday, August 18, 2019, starting at 10 a.m.,at the Asiago RemembrancePark, will take place the annual Commemoration in honor of the Fallen and Lost in the land of Russia during the last world war.
It seems necessary to meet again in the annual appointment for the Celebration of Suffrage towards our loved ones Fallen and Lost in the immense tragedy.
Our dutiful thoughts and prayers will also be for the Fallen and Lost of World War I.
Civilian, military, religious authorities, relatives of the fallen and lost in war, arms associations and all citizens are invited to participate.
Program of the ceremony:
9:45 a.m.:
- Gathering of participants at the Lodge of the Fallen of the Asiago Town Hall in Carli Square.
- Parade until you reach the Asiago Remembrance Park coordinated by the cav. Bonfadini Lucius
10:15a.m.
- Crown Deposition at the Memorial Monument.
- Greeting of the Mayor of Asiago Avv. Roberto Rigoni Stern and other authorities present.
- Mass at the Church of St. Mary Liberatrice officiated by Don Antonio Gabrieli.
The ceremony will be accompanied by the "Asiago Choir" and the BandIng Corps "Giovanni Bortoli" of Chiuppano.
In case of bad weather the ceremony will take place in the Church of St. Rocco in Course IV November, Asiago.
