The feast of our Lady of the snows in Conco-Altopiano di Asiago-from 17 July to August 6, 2017

From 17 July to August 6, 2017 in Conco, on theAsiago plateau, is planning one of the warmest of the summer: the traditional feast of the Madonna della Neve.

The Festival of the Madonna della Neve is a great festival, which each year attracts a large number of people both from thePlateau that from the plain.

Several days will be organized during the event and theme nights, such as the feast of the Air or theHawaiian Party, in addition to the traditional 6-a-side football tournament "Memorial John Saba".

At the conclusion of the feast, a beautiful fireworks display held all those present with the upturned nose.

But the Feast of our Lady of the snows of Conco is also a time to remember the religious significance of this feast.

Saturday, August 5, at 10:30 hours, will be celebrated a mass in honour of our Lady of the snows motivated by a small choir of Conco. Followed by singing and readings for reflection, the procession with the statue of the Madonna. All will be accompanied by the band "Attilio Banda" di Fontanelle.
At the end of the morning, small artificial snow with a short concert in St Mark's square while, in the yard of the parsonage, there will be a buffet for kids and teens.

Sunday 30 July and Saturday 5 August, moreover, will be screened at Sala Don Luigi the documentary "Legend, traditions and images of devotion to our Lady of the snows".
The video, which lasts about ten minutes, will be shown all the time, two hours per
morning and three in the afternoon.
