Festival of Asiago Prunno August 16, 2011
A few kilometers from Asiago, along the road leading towards the Turkish and from Bassano del Grappa, is the Prunno, a 'pleasant leafy glade in the woods.
Here, August 16, feast of San Rocco, every year there is an f esta with games, contests, music and food stands.
In late afternoon is the election of the Queen of the Wood and her bridesmaids, who at 21 led a torchlight procession from Prunno to the center of Asiago.
At the end of a fireworks display takes place.
