Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November 2013 at the Asiago ice will take place the first race Triveneta of skating.

CATEGORIES

Can participate all card-carrying F.I.S.G. athletes of Triveneto in the current season, which belong to the following categories: beginners Federal A and B, beginners A and B, cadets, Basic Novice male and female.

Subscriptions are free to all athletes regularly members to F.I.S.G. for the 2013/2014 season. Entries not available through on-line MUST FISG

Late entries will not be accepted. For the fitness tests will be accepted the first 10 entries come in chronological order.

REGISTRATION FEE

The entry fee to the FIRST RACE TRIVENETA is 30 PZ € 35,00 for athlete and must be paid at the time of registration by bank transfer with the following coordinates: Asiago Skaters Circle – Banca Popolare di Marostica filiale di Asiago. IBAN: IT58W0557260130CC0930180836 reason: company name and no athletes – 1° race Triveneta. Note: in case of withdrawal of an athlete after the term of registration the registration fee will not be refunded. The entry fee to the suitability tests is € 25,00.

JURY

Composed of federal judges.

MUSIC

The CD will be delivered 30 minutes before the start of the race and will be marked with name, surname of the athlete, category and duration of music. Each CD must contain a single track.

TECHNICAL RULES

The provisions FISG for the current season.

DRAWS

The draw-down in the track's official of all categories, will be held on Saturday 9 November 18 at the ice stadium.

PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY

The top three finishers in each category will be awarded a Cup, all other souvenir medal.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be delivered to the President of the jury in the terms laid down by regulation.

RESPONSIBILITY

The organising company declines any responsibility for damages to things, people, and athletes before, during and after the race itself.

MISCELLANEOUS

After the closing of entries, the company will communicate the final timetable of races.

MEDICAL SERVICE

Will be guaranteed the presence of a doctor during the event. Will be given to institutions proposed communication, that is guaranteed a first aid service. The emergency service is present at the Hospital of Asiago located not far (Via Martiri di Granezza No. 42)
