Thursday, August 15 in Italy Square to Gallium from 18.00 hours, staff at the Life Style BeBeMa gym Center will offer lessons to fitness to anyone interested.

The fitness activities can be practiced in the gym (Fitness Centres) or outdoors. Any physical activityadapted to the characteristics of the person, may be a means to make the fitness.
