Autumn-themed dinner at Asiago Foliage at the restaurant Rifugio Val Ant
Like every year, thefall on theAsiago plateau conquers us with its beautiful colors, scents and flavors: in Val Ant the larches are dressed in gold and in the kitchen of the shelter are elaborated dishes with tasty local products of the period.
To celebrate the fall season at Asiago Foliage, Saturday 20 October 2018, the Rifugio Val Ant organizes a dinner with the flavors of autumn.
Porcini, pumpkin, chestnuts are just a few of the protagonists of a delicious dinner, with dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and with a touch of originality.
In addition, all in the month, the Refuge Valformica offers a dish dedicated to Asiago Foliage *, which you can taste every weekend in October.
THE MENU
Starter
- Pumpkin flan with fonduta di Asiago DOP, crispy bacon of Sauris and powdered Rosemary
- Chestnut roast Guinea fowl leg with sweet and sour onions
First
- Onion soup and Parmesan Cheese DOP
- Refuge noodles with Bacon and mushrooms

- Beef cheek with mushrooms with brioche bread with pumpkin and radicchio di Treviso Braised *
Dessert
- Fig Parfait with Gele raspberry and orange sauce
