FUNCTIONAL TRAINING course at Kinesis Centre of Asiago

At the Downtown Kinesis of Asiago, the Tuesday and Thursday are the days dedicated to Functional Training.

Thefunctional training, simply put, is a workout to toning and strengthening of the entire body (and not of the individual muscular district), accompanied by a cardiowork.
Urging postural patterns, primitive movements and gestures, this kind of workout resumes the muscles, develops strength and stamina and improves the ability of movement, coordination and balance. The result is a more agile and flexible body.

▶ monthly subscription with access to course 1 week free choice: €30 per month

▶ Subscription 3 months maturity inputs 10 (possible access to all courses): €69 of 10 inputs

▶ trial lesson: €5 to class
