Gala evening with the dandelion Conco De. Co., Conco, Wednesday April 20, 2016
!!! The GALA was CANCELLED 20 APRIL 2016!!!
During the period of April and may, the restaurateurs of Conco andAsiago plateau will be engaged to prepare delicious menus of delicious grass conchese for the11 ^ gastronomic festival "A tavola con il Conco dandelion".
TheAsiago plateau has always had a strong tradition for the use of herbs in the kitchen and in the liqueur, which this year plays with new combinations and flavours thanks to the many features and modes of operation that can have the dandelion.
Wednesday, April 20, 2016, to celebrate this fantastic product De.Co. plateau land, there will be a great gala, in collaboration with the Cellar Beato Bartolomeo di Breganze.
During the evening, you can enjoy tasty dandelion Conco, paired with delicious wines of Breganze, rediscovering food production so special and unique flavor of the territory of Vicenza.
The gala will be held at the Sala Don Italo Conco (over asylum, entry potsteriore) and will start at 20.00 hours.
