Autumn in Val Ant

A tour in autumn nature gives joy and serenity! Beautiful landscapes and flavors unmatched are wonderful gifts he brings thefall. On the road to Val Ant, you remain speechless admiring the blast of autumnal tints that accompany the journey along the Val D Assa. Up towards the Larches, beeches dot the pine forest with countless shades of red, yellow, Orange and Brown. What a show! And once the ascent, to stir up the eye and excite the heart are the larches which are tinged with gold.

After your fill of nature, Rifugio Val Ant awaits a full of taste with a delicious palette of autumn flavours where the protagonists are mushrooms, pumpkin, chestnuts and other ingredients typical of the season.
In particular, on the occasion of Asiago Foliage, in the days of 20, 21 and 22 October 2017, will find refuge in the menu some dishes dedicated to the event, such as:

  • the creamy homemade Tagliolini pasta with porcini and truffle larches
  • the warm cream of pumpkin soup with crispy bacon and smoked ricotta
  • the delicious pork tenderloin with chestnuts and apricots.
