From 6 to 8 June 2025, the Locanda alla Stella, in Camporovere di Roana, proposes the GIORNATE DEI BOBOLI, the name by which the snails with shells on the Asiago Plateau are known. 

Known in France as "escargot", they represent an exquisite example of hunter-gatherer cuisine.

The restaurant uses only snails raised on the ground in special certified nurseries, which reproduce the natural environment of our mountains, thus giving the dish that strong and distinctive flavor.
