Gourmet meal with the dandelion Conco at the Restaurant-Pizzeria RUBENS STUBE FEST, Conco, Friday April 8, 2016 Rubbio
On the boards of theAsiago plateau back in its 11st Edition, the food and Wine Festival "at the table with the dandelion of Conco".
During the months of April and may, Conco restaurateurs will alternate in delicious tasting evenings, during which menus will be prepared based on this particular herb with multiple properties, also known as "grass of long life".
The Conco dandelion is a De.Co product, as this territory is an ideal climate, which gives it a tenderness, sweetness and flavor hard to find elsewhere.
Friday, April 8, 2016 will be held the second round of review, with a gourmet meal at the restaurant-pizzeria "Rubens Stube Fest", in Contrà reds, 10-Rubbio Conco.
Also Saturday, April 10, 9 and Sunday the restaurant proposes dishes with Conco dandelion.
