GREEN WALKING EMOTION: EMOTIONAL WALK IN The WOODS, Asiago

Walk in nature with the knowledge to do so is an experience of stress five senses to educate yourself to listening to the sound of a wood, the ability to breathe the scents, to observe the light and shades of colors, the sensitivity in determining a contact with plants and with the Earth.
 
When we are in harmony with nature the nervous system it rebalances, immune defenses become stronger, your heart rate drops, the ability to concentrate and storage increase significantly.
 
It will be an experience that will lead us to have real contact with nature, our senses will be concentrated to the benefit that it draws from the walk in the autumn colored Woods even through awareness of the breath and the benefit of relaxing herbal teas in nature.

What is the GREEN WALKING EMOTION?

It's a walk that teaches people to heal themselves immersed in nature, enjoying the silence, fragrances that nature has to offer! With the right breathing and concentration the benefit is guaranteed. Anna, a forestry engineer, will explain the benefits of the forest; Giulia, teacher of Yoga and meditation, will teach you the right way to take full advantage of the benefits that nature gives.

About us-ASIAGO plateau and CHANDRA YOGA GUIDES

We "Guides Plateau" we are the first group of professional guides of the plateau. We are local guides who operate on the territory of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni since 2008. Membership to the site by members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are mountain professionals recognized and listed all'albo della Provincia di Vicenza and College Guides Veneto; they propose to accompany busloads of people hiking and tours around the area, as required by regional law No. 33 of 04/11/2002 and according to the laws of the professional bodies of which fan part.
Krishna Chandra Yoga Asiago is yoga instructor with the following qualifications: hatha Yoga, dynamic Yoga, Yoga therapy for women, Yoga during pregnancy and postpartum, gentle Yoga, Yoga for children and teens. Yoga in school, NatureYoga, MountainYoga and Green Walking Emotion.
 

READING THE DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY:
