Thick, tender, juicy and flavorful: is the Florentine scene at the restaurant Rifugio Val Ant to top of Larches, Asiago plateau, which gives all appointment for Saturday 5 July 2014 for a dinner based on this delicious Italian specialities!
Fiorentina "grilled chianina with the salt and pepper rose: the Queen of the meat will be the undisputed protagonist of the dinner in a refuge.
Our proposal: in the meantime enjoy this tenderness that melts in the mouth, savor (your choice!) thebeef Carpaccio appetizer on Green Garden, flowers, crisp and slivers of Vezzena, or the first of fresh Noodles with Morels.
And then ... off to pleasure giving, mouthful after mouthful that, undoubtedly, is the quintessential Italian Steak. Browned outside, soft inside!
To accompany our fiorentina will be tasty seasonal vegetables. Finals in all goodness with the peach Bavarian sauce Fresh Raspberries.
