Easy excursions suitable for children and adults is developed for 3 km to the Northeast of Asiago with departures from Starling and arrival to Malga di Melagon. The hike is of particular natural interest and related cultural activities of malga and quarry, still active today in the area of the plateau.

The route develops inside a mixed forest interspersed by large clearings in the pasture that lead to 1366 dimension m of Cima Ekar , then smaller dimensions to the mountain pastures of Campo di Costalunga and Melagon. All the wide area is crossed by dirt tracks military and silvo-pastoral or connecting the quarries that have significantly changed the appearance of the Mount.

Along the way there are numerous vantage points both to the conca di Asiago that towards the side that degrades in the Campomezzavia Valley.

This hike is essential to be equipped with a good Hat, because much of the tour is outdoors and exposed to the Sun.
