Guided nature to historic botanical Ring Santa Margherita with Plateau-Guides Tuesday, August 5, 2014
The Church of Santa Margherita is located between the village of Rotzo and Castelletto. It is considered the first monument sign of Christianity on the plateau of Asiago 7 Comuni. His story is almost mysterious, there are only a few documents that testify to its origins.
Rotzo is one of the oldest municipalities of the plateau. It is located in a favourable geographical location, suitable for the cultivation of potatoes and flower growth, also very rare. All its territory can be considered a natural botanical garden.
This hike is simple and suitable for those who like to discover the flowers and the ancient history of the plateau, starting from the oldest church, the Church of Santa Margherita.

Membership to the site by members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are professionals recognized and entered in the register of the Vicenza province; they propose to accompany busloads of people on excursions and tours drive on the territory, as required by regional law No. 33 of 11/4/2002.
