Saturday 17August2013 new appointment with the 47 ^ Edition ofAsiago Festival.
The evening will be cheered by a concert featuring music by Handel with Valentina Varriale as soprano, Michael Carreca to the theorbo and Baroque guitar, Renato Criscuolo baroque cello, Alberto Bagnai al clavecembalo and recorder.
The event will be held at the Church of San Rocco di Asiago, 21:00 hours.
VALENTINA VARRIALE
Graduate with honors at the Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella di Napoli, Valentina Varriale began very young solo career in 2001 and participated in two productions ofAutunno Musicale del teatro di San Carlo , performing as a member of the choir Mysterium Vocis some solo work in "Forty hours": Father of Erasmo Motets de Bartoli".
He played the role of the Messenger in the opera "Stateira, Princess of Persia" by f. Horses in the first staging of the Pietà de ' Turchini, under the direction of M° a. Florio (Opus 111-Naive incision). He collaborated with Rinaldo Alessandrini during concert review at Ambronay.
In 2004 he won the first edition of the international competition for Baroque music "Provenzale" and in the same year, she sang the role of Armindo in "Parthenope" by Handel under the direction of a. Florio introduced at Festival of Beaune and The Cité de la Musique in Paris.
Particularly interested in the vocal repertoire of six to seven hundred followed masterclasses in Baroque singing of soprano Roberta Invernizzi, received with honors, at the Conservatory San Pietro a Majella in Naples, the second specialized level vocal Chamber Music and is currently studying under the guidance of soprano Maria Ercolano.
