NATURE WALKS IN SEARCH OF WELLNESS OF BODY AND MIND THROUGH YOGA

On August 6, 2016 Guide Association Plateau and Chandra Yoga, organize a meeting of "Strolling in nature in search of wellbeing through Yoga" in Monte Erio.

Nature is always harmony among its various aspects. We shall be using this to understand what is our personal balance between the rational and the abstract, trying to grasp the harmony which should always be our benchmark.

Monte Rama, is located in the municipality of Roana and is a mountain overlooking the Valley of the municipalities. Surrounded by Meadows is the perfect place to get inspired and enjoy the harmony of light at sunset.

Walk made at SUNSET to enjoy the colors and lights that at that time you have.

MEETING POINT:

Meeting at 17.00 at the Bar of the old station of Asiago

DURATION OF THE WALK WITH YOGA

Duration: 4 hours including Yoga.

COST OF THE ACTIVITY

Adult 18 euro, 10 euro guys up the 15 years.

Walk with a naturalist guide Environmental support and enabled by aprofessional teacher in Yoga.

DRESS CODE

Are necessary for walking the walking boots, long pants, fleece, anorak and evening/night and stack for a Lightweight fleece blanket.

You may also want to bring a Mat, a fleece cover.
