Saturday 14 July 2018, during the third day of the festival cimbro Hoga Zait, chef Massimo Salem held the interesting Mini-course "Herbs in the kitchen: the secrets of wild herbs from the field to the table."
The course will start at 15.00, at the new Palace in Canove, and is dedicated to all those who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills on theuse of herbs in the kitchen.
