"Let's have a coffee"-meetings on cognitive disability in Asiago-June 2019

4 meetings open to people with cognitive disabilities, family members, family assistants and volunteers to ask questions, learn strategies and get coffee together!

June is the month dedicated to the well-being of people and families living with cognitive disabilities.

TheUlss 7 Pedemontana, in collaboration With The Amad OnlusAssociation, proposes four meetings open to those facing cognitive difficulties, to their families and to what involved in various ways, with the intent to provide Strategies, to introduce people who face the same problems in a relaxed and informal environment, sipping a good coffee.
The meetings are thought of as "pauses" to be comfortable together, share their experiences and come home with some more tools to take care of their well-being.

The meetings will be held in Asiago, In the Hall of Masks of the comunità Montana, from 17.30 to 19, every Wednesday of June.
It starts on Wednesday, June 5 with Dr. Barbara Boselli who will intervene on how to promote the wellbeing of the people who take care.
Dr. Fabio Lorico will follow on Wednesday 12 June , who will talk about the physical wellbeing of the person.
Wednesday, June 19, Prof. Lorenzo Simonato will present a research on cognitive disability in the plateau.
To conclude, Wednesday 26 June will intervene Dr. Zeudi Marini, the social worker Dana Carli and the Volunteers of the Amad Association to illustrate the support services to families active in the plateau.
