Lighting of the torch at Ossario and parade, the Asiago plateau, May 23, 2015

Saturday 23 May 2015, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the entry of Italy into World War I, there will be thelighting of the Torch at Ossario di Asiago.

The lighting of the torch is a symbolic gesture to honor the fallen in war, a form of respect to remember those who gave their lives for our country.

The event will then continue with the parade of the Group to the streets of the city centre of Asiago and continue in the direction of Roana take the old railroad and the road of Val d Assa.

The solemn commemoration to the Military Shrine of Asiago will also continue Sunday, May 24, with an important event that will be broadcast live on TVA.
