Malgando: hill-country itinerary of Asiago Plateau weekends of July. Tasting local foods and drinks.
MALGANDO" "was founded with the idea of creating a structured route between mountain pastures and mountain huts, where you can enjoy excellent local flavours, combined with the unique flavor and excellent of craft beers. This project is intended to become a reality in the month of July and was designed as a tour in order to entice the audience week after week, to discover a new hut, a new product and a new combination.
A project "open sky" which allows you to admire and enjoy two ancient crafts: the cheesemaker and Brewer.
The contexts in which would be posted "the huts" are all fascinating: sometimes less known to the public, but despite this, we are sure, it will be Bewitched.Mountain hut will offer a different and unique in its context. Similarly the dishes at lunch will be characteristic for each reality, as well as their combined with the craft beer of the "birrone".

"We follow the art of the ancient master Brewers, choosing the best raw materials and selecting malts and hops among the most excellentcrops. We seek uniquetastes, naturalaromas, clean flavours and captivating. We treat the water with highly technologicaltools, to make it pure as that which gushes from the Springs of high altitude. Put all with genuinecraftsmanship, passion in abundance and look forwardwith excitement the first time. Our beers are so good by nature. All natural 100%, without preservatives, they are pasteurised nor filtered, which is why you see a light deposit on the bottom of the bottles.

10.00 A.m. guided visit to the presentation of animals and various races to
the work of Mr. Marcello, company Manager and veterinarian.
12.30 Hrs lunch of homemade meat:

hours 15.00 meeting with the Brewmaster and the malga snack: carpaccio with Arugula,
carne salada and breadsticks baked in wood-fired oven

SUNDAY 14 JULY 1st BATCH VALMARON HUT (ENEGO)
10.00 A.M. the cheesemaker will see the manufacturing of "formaio as sti ani" and explain
the importance and the uniqueness of this breed and cheeses that are derived.
From morning will attend the Brewmaster.

SATURDAY JULY 20 the CASON of WONDERS (secret ' conca)
10.00 A.M. meeting at the parish church of Treschè Basin for
"discover walking" all Highland herbs. The walk
It will last about 2 hours and is of low difficulty. Everyone will have the opportunity
create your own Herbarium.
At the end of the walk for all in Casone with tasting of products
matched to local craft beers.
HOURS 15.00 the Brewer will tell us the secrets of this art.
SUNDAY JULY 21 ALPINE BAR HAVEN (PARIS)

The day will be accompanied by the music of Immersion Acoustic Trio.
