VULTURES

Have you noticed? Rates are growing more and more: the water of 89% over the last 6 years, transport of 30 percent in the last 13 years, some highways as much as 200 percent in the last 14 years. Yet in return we always worst services: trains into overcrowded, insecure and delayed buses, dry taps, heaps of garbage, open dumps, bridges collapsing on the highway. Citizens now have pockets full of hardships. Meanwhile, the vultures, those who devour the country to our face, their pockets full of money.

Behind the services that do not work, in fact, there is only randomness and the usual italica propensity for inefficiency. There are also many people who get rich. And that's precisely why the services still do not work: because too many agrees that go on like this.

Vultures is a resounding new travel between the real reasons of our daily hardships. Trains do not work? The ras Apulian railways, however, has amassed a treasure trove of 180 million euros. Waste is a problem? But the intermediary of Veneto make 3.5 million euros in a few days. The taps are dry? Yet the liquids continue to flow into the pockets of managers also earn 200,000 Roman euros per month.

For public transport spend 6000 euros per minute as taxpayers, more tickets we pay by users. How is it possible that the service is so poor? Why is it that every year we put in circulation in our cities 200 used buses? Because we must have used buses and other European countries, however, the new ones? Maybe because we throw money at Golden advice, such as 3 million euros that have enriched the happy little family (mother, father and son) in charge of arranging the archival of dilapidated Railways South East? How is it possible that in Sicily water to pass from a private company to another without ever getting into homes? Who are the lucky ones who don't are ever with pockets dry? And why should we continue to enrich the Mcduck highways, from Gavio Benetton, which every year courtesy of the State there is a parade from 5 billion euros portfolio? Why do we keep giving them the toll that lays golden eggs?

This investigation reveals for the first time, and in a language understandable to anyone, hidden interests who are pillaging our daily lives. That, in short, that every day he steals time, health, money and happiness. The book was written with a hope: if many people will read it and will talk about, maybe something might start changing. The vultures of all places and in all ages, in fact, have one big ally: the darkness. Bring them to the light and look them in the face means already begin to defeat them. Or, at the very least, begin to overcome the temptation to become like them.
