Meeting "Globalization on the plate, between ethical deception and loss of identity"
On 7 August 2019,the seventh edition of the Plateau Talks opens in the company of the well-known writer and journalist Carlo Cambi,who Claudio Ronco will interview on the theme of food as a cultural product and language in the meeting entitled " Globalization in theplate, between ethical deception and loss of identity".
We will talk about functional foods and the need to recover agricultural models to defend cooking and food as a culturalproduct, the value of rural places and landscapes.
The evening will begin at 21.00.
An appointment not to be missed for enthusiasts and curious, who will have the opportunity to listen and talk with the expert in an atmosphere of pleasant conviviality.
The evening will be accompanied by tastings of typical products offered by the Craftsmen's Association and their restaurateurs
