Guided Excursion the REAL MONTE and the Strong Dominator with GUIDE ALTOPIANO, Mountain Professionals
From Forte Verena, on May 24, 1915, two ringing, metallic, tearing shots began that crossed the sky, chanting the cry of War! Italy goes to war against former allied Austria.
The Spitz Verle responds and defends himself to the Verena Fort by firing about twenty shots but nothing, the shots too short do not reach the dominator of the plateau, placed up there, too high!
The situation at Forte Verle was not among the best and Officer Giebermann after taking about 130 280 mm rounds gave the order to abandon the fort. But was there really a need to make such a choice?

Our Guides are recognized mountain professionals and registered in the Province of Vicenza; they propose to accompany groups of people on excursions and tours guide on the territory, as provided by L.R. N.33 of 04/11/2002 and according to the laws of the professional registers of which fans part.
