"GIRO DELLE MALGHE"
The hike is a easy walk between meadows and Woods near some huts to see how Alpine cheese. The guide will talk about how a malga is assigned, monticata and managed; How does the life of malgese; but especially on how it is prepared the Asiago cheese and others of our tradition.
