TREKKING OF TWO DAYS WITH YOGA AND HIKING IN THE DOLOMITES

A weekend full of Hiking and Yoga in the mountains. The physical well-being of the Trek combined with physical and mental benefits of Yoga practiced in a spectacular setting, that of the Dolomites.

The two activities will take place at the Rifugio San Marco, in the heart of the Eastern Dolomites, in the municipality of San Vito di Cadore to the Col de chi from Os in 1823 m above sea level, surrounded by huge ramparts and dolomite as Sorapiss, Antelao, the Marmarole.
From the refuge seems to touch the normal route of ascent to the Antelao and the slender and elegant walls of Cima Belprà.
It is one of the few shelters which still retains the original structure (1895), small and friendly, when you visit seems to savor atmosphere now forgotten. Is referred to by many as "a corner of heaven."Yoga

THE TWO-DAY PROGRAMME:

Saturday 23 June 2018
Meeting at 15.00 at Baita SunBar in San Vito di Cadore
Ascent on foot towards San Marco refuge (difference of 700 m, average/challenging trekking)
Hours 17.30 arrival at the shelter and accommodation
18.00 hours: Hata sunset Yoga with meditation
Hours 20.00 Dinner and night in Refuge

Sunday 24 June 2018
Observation of dawn (not required) with panorama of the Dolomites (camera)
7.30 a.m. breakfast in an alpine hut
Hours 9.00 dynamic Yoga
11.15 hours Trekking in the context of the Ampezzo Dolomites.

THE ACTIVITIES:

HOLISTIC practices include:
-various approaches to meditation;
-pranayama (conscious breathing practices);
-hatha yoga ();

TREKKING have difference of 700 m on the first day and 400 m on the second day, but will be carried out in peace to enjoy nature and peace which is typical of the place.

DRESS CODE:

-Yoga Mat
-Batteries or light blanket;
-Need walking boots, long pants, anorak, flashlight for evening/afternoon outputs;
-Everything you need to sleep in shelter, sleeping sheet (there are bunk beds with blankets, but the possibility, for those who want, to use your own sleeping bag)

It is also advisable to wear even by sunglasses, sunscreen, hat or bandana.

CONFIDENCE AND COMPETENCE

Yoga and meditation will be led by Certified Yoga Teacher Rigoni Giulia and walk accompanied by the companion of middle mountain and Environmental nature guide Anna saddle.

* 2 DAYS include:
-2 yoga and meditation with Giulia Rafferty;
-historic-naturalistic excursions 2 Annas Saddles;
-1 night in refuge;
-1 breakfast in an alpine hut;
-1 dinner with typical menu of refuge
