Naturalistic excursion with Guide Asiago plateau-Wednesday, August 27, 2014
The area of Echar is located southeast of Asiago and is easily visible to the presence of the domes of the Observatory of the University of Padua.
Visiting this area we couldn't talk even of quarries and quarry activity that just behind this place you see. The Summit is occupied by a beautiful pasture interspersed with bundles of wood of beech and spruce.
The whole area is crossed by dirt tracks military and silvo-pastoral which are accompanied by beautiful blooms as the Tufts of Juniper, rose gardens of rose hips and martagon lilies.
The landscape is beautiful, the elevated position makes us admire from above all the Asiago plateau surrounded by mountains to the North.

Meeting point and departure scheduled for 9.00 a.m. from the Bar at the station near the entrance to the Forecourt of the Asiago ice stadium;

The Association is composed of local guides that operate on the territory of the seven Municipalities Plateau for many years. Membership to the site by members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are professionals recognized and entered in the register of the Vicenza province; they propose to accompany busloads of people on excursions and tours drive on the territory, as required by regional law No. 33 of 11/4/2002.
