Weekend dedicated to wellness and nature at Cason delle Meraviglie
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 May 2021, the Cason delle Meraviglie di Treschè Conca di Roana, proposes, in collaboration with holistic worker Karol Panozzo, a weekend dedicated to wellness and nature for girls, women, mothers and lovers of Nature and Light.

SATURDAY 22 MAY
Morning from 9.00 to 12.00 with Karol holistic operating for:
- Moon and Meditation:you will see how the moon can influence us with its energies at each stage and how we could do to use them to "our advantage". A guided meditation linked to our wonderful satellite will therefore be practiced.
*Free lunch break
Afternoon from 14.00 to 17.00 with Cristina for a walk in Nature in search of the spontaneous herbs of well-being. You will learn to know them to make natural remedies. A herbarium and ointment will be created.
SUNDAY 23 MAY
Morning from 9.00 to 12.00 with Karol holistic operating for:
- Sound Bath: to relax and fill up with energy with some ancestral instruments such as Tibetan bells, koshi, rain stick and shamanic drum.
Cost: €70 per participant
