Yoga lesson with Giulia Rigoni, certified teacher RYT 500 ORE
On Tuesday, August 25, 2020,certified teacher Giulia Rigoni invites you to the Cesuna Park of Legends for a new practice of"NATURE YOGA".
The practice will take place from 5.30pm to 6.45pm,is suitable for everyone and includes asana (yoga positions), conscious breathing and sensory experiences.
The perfect opportunity for those who want to rediscover well-being and connect with Nature,in the beautiful cornica of the Plateau!
EVENT DETAILS
The lesson is suitable for everyone and is guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Bring mat or blanket.
In case of bad weather it will take place at the Palaciclamino.
