• Raw oysters, langoustines, sea Truffles, Tuna Tartare
• Pan brioche with sprigs of Baccalà mantecato
• Cuttlefish with fresh tomato sauce and Basil with mantecata Polenta
• Treviso Radicchio roll Braised with Bacon and Cream Cheese
• Taste of Foie gras with orange and Grand Marnier

• Lobster Medallions with creamed Leeks and potatoes
• Cappellacci filled with Broccoli Fiolaro of the duck and truffles
• Lemon sorbet with fresh raspberries
