Observation of the Sun and the solar spots and bumps on the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni-26 December 2017
Tuesday 26 December 2017, at 13:00 hours, there will be an interesting meeting at theAstronomical Observatory of Asiago (seat Pennar) to observe the Sun, its spots and its protuberances.
The Sun is the nearest star to us and the only one that allows us to observe directly its characteristics. With two telescopes equipped with Special filters, you can observe the eyepiece spots and solar prominences.
Secure viewing, participants will be provided with sunscreen.
In case of bad weather, the event will turn into a real lesson dedicated to the Sun and its secrets.
Planning is also provided an interesting visit to the telescope Galileo.
