Observations and all Conference ' Astronomical Observatory of Asiago, Saturday April 7, 2012
Saturday, April 7, 2012, at the 'Observatory of Asiago in Pennar, there will be an astronomical Conference aimed at experts or otherwise interested persons.
The meeting will begin at ' hours 21:00 and provide guided tours of the sky observations with telescopes, weather permitting.
At Pennar Observatory is available ' the 122 cm telescope Galileo, the largest in Italy.
This instrument was built by Officine Galileo in Florence between 1940 and 1942 and dedicated to Galileo Galilei on the occasion of the third centenary of his death.
The primary mirror has a parabolic shape with a diameter of 122 cm and a central hole of 19.5 cm.
This is a particularly interesting experience for ' experts and not; tools will be available to all ' and qualified personnel that will accompany us on this adventure.
