META: Cima Mandriolo (2049m) - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
A path that leaves behind the last woods to walk among the high-altitude pastures, leads us to one of the most beautiful peaks of the Plateau: Cima Mandriolo. From it we can enjoy a night view of the Sugana Valley,the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, the thousand lights of Trentino will remain an indelible memory of this rise at night.
On the way back, the mountain darkness envelops us in the Fields of Mandriolo, a natural conca that makes visible to our eyes a myriad of celestial bodies, stars, planets, satellites, meteors...
De-siderare was the term that the ancients used to indicate the gesture of observing the sky and entrusting to it the most intimate and profound thoughts ... and even today we too want to live with you the emotions that the stars will want to give us!
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULTY: We assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain trails and dirt roads. The uphill difference is less than 500 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH you: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves, front pile.
COST: 15€, for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years old.
Possible rental of snowshoes and sticks: 10€ per person.
MEETING POINT: at 3.30 pm at the parking lot of rifugio Larici da Alessio - Localita' Larici, 36012 Asiago VI -
