Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 21.00 hours at the teatro di Canove and within the framework of the XI Theatrical "Comune di Roana", will stage the famous play by Ray Cooney one lie leads to another (original title It Runs in the Family), presented by the troupe at the forefront Actors directed by Stefano Bakshi.

This is the last concert of the , which with four evenings every Saturday in October has staged texts by great authors, presented by theater companies in the area.

ONE LIE LEADS TO ANOTHER

"If you tell a lie big dilla" says Dr Mortimore in the hilarious comedy. Said and done: in lie lie la folle farce comes to life thanks to sharp syringes, wheelchairs, soda bottles into crazy, doctors dressed as nurses and wrestling matches on Windows.

The play is set in a London hospital doctors three days before Christmas, at a time when the staff is preparing the annual boxing show. But the day's main event is the World Conference on Neurology. Dr Mortimore is preparing the speech that will take him to get the post of primary Chief of a hospital when suddenly reappears a former nurse with whom he had a fling 18 years earlier.

And of course this attractive young lady informs him candidly to be father and son is situated on the ground floor, in a desperate attempt to meet her long-lost Dad. To escape the guy emotionally impaired and under arrest and to Save the Conference and wedding, the good doctor applies to the letter his lecture.

Thus began to invent and piling lies upon lies, forcing members to cheat on his wife, his boss, a police sergeant and even his son just found out.

Deceit, identity, exchanges, created unwittingly bisticci and blind panic feeding this explosive comedy.
But attention at the end because ... sometimes fiction is likely to be more true than truth itself.
