ANTAMAPANTAHOU

A fun set of musical paintings, executed by 11 wooden marionettes and paper mache and actors/puppeteers, combining MIME, puppetry and comedy to create a veritable concert of music from the world. The singular ensemble consists of a drummer, a belly dancer, an accordionist, a Gypsy singer, Ud player, three Fiddlers, a guitarist, the rock band "The Strings" and a country singer. The spectacle of the Greek company, known for its excellent mix of different techniques (wires and bunraku), for the first time in Charms, closes the nineteenth Edition of the festival.

LOST IN TRANSLATION

Everyone has one, ten, a hundred, a thousand faces wearing every day around your colleagues, family, friends and sometimes with himself. Sure, we can look at ourselves in the mirror and see our face. But is it really ours?
This is a crucial question for artists who struggle every day between their identities and their characters, masks, creating for the stage and that too often remain attached to your face even after the show is over.
But what if the stage was the only place where they can be themselves?
D'emblée uses the language of circus, dance and Clowning to explore exactly this theme and swivel it: play with us outside of our tent with our colorful characters, noisy and overdone, but then follow us inside where we can be ourselves again

LEA LEGRAND

From childhood to adulthood, up to old age. Time passes and deforms our memories and our memory, but also the body is marked little by little by age.
The character lives, or lives, his autobiography deformed by time, worn by memories. Sometimes skids, lose control and lucidity, then life resumed its course, the story continues.

The whole thing is a question that develops due to my perception of life moment by moment: evolve following the moods, warps, enriches the experiences and moments present.
The Chute is positioned in a space between reason and madness, not too far from both, being the two extremes inseparable.
The issue is addressed with lightness and irony. The universe that aims to be a mirror in which every spectator can be reflected and recognize a part of herself, amplified by the energy and force staged.
The character is endearing, lovable and terrifying at the same time. A woman who evolves into a delicate world, steeped in feeling like, sometimes, of barbarism.
She falls down and gets up again, sometimes besotted, recovers and falls, turn the page and finally is bursting with energy and life.
She loves life, we firmly believes: in scene we find a woman full of hope and that's what prevails and WINS consistently on his "faux pas".
