Altopiano di Asiago da gustare" PLATEAU, breakfasts and snacks SERVED in the HEART of NATURE " to Asiago,Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July a weekend of gastronomy, culture and well-being dedicated to the products of our territory

Saturday and Sunday 7 July to Asiago an event all to taste! Charming places, nature, extraordinary products, entrepreneurs "illuminati" ... The premises are not lacking and the Consorzio Turistico Asiago 7 Comuni is spokesman for theAsiago plateau promoting a great event entitled "plateau enjoy breakfast and snacks, in the heart of nature". A big party, but not only, to publicize and promote all that this corner of paradise is able to offer both tourists, and wine and food events. To be involved in this wonderful event will be not only the taste but also the most important journalists of the sector and the general public.

The fulcrum of the event will be Asiago, namely the ice stadium, where a tensile structure will be covered within which, apart from a production dedicated to breakfast, snack and various tastings scheduled, will take place the Show, open to the public with the participation of famous chefs of the territory, coordinated by Alessandro Dal Degan, the famous restaurant La Tana, of Asiago. The Sunday show will be tutored by top chefs working in famous hotels for breakfast.
The chefs will compete in front of a panel of selected journalists. Saturday afternoon on the theme of "Best Brunch" Sunday afternoon on the "best breakfast".

The public can participate in wine tasting through a managed booking with tickets costing 2 symbolic euros. The entire proceeds will be donated to charity.

Starring Highland products and, of course, those of RIGONI DI ASIAGO, including Fiordifrutta, Mielbio Nocciolata and that, at the hands of skilled chefs, will become exclusive ingredients too sweet and savory recipes.
In addition, will be set up over 22 food stalls where the operators can give visibility to local production.

But the Asiago plateau is not only made of "good things"! It is also the meadows, hills, meadows, beautiful trails to explore and discover. And the event of 6/7 July will offer participants too. Moments of nature, therefore, to be savoured and living, for the well-being of body and soul, a philosophy that unites the big producers of the plateau.
Sunday, will kick off a conference given by an expert nutritionist on "the importance of breakfast in a balanced diet." Following a debate on this important first meal of the day with personality and foreign journalists tell the different eating habits in their countries of origin.
