Marinella Salvan presents two of her books

A new book event is planned for Saturday, August 17, 2019.

Starting at 4.30p.m., at the Pro Loco in Roana,there will be the presentation of two books by the writer Marinella Salvan:"TheWorst HasPassed", addressed to mature readers, and "Thewisdom of GrandfatherAnt", dedicated children instead.

The worst has passed

The life of Marisa, a beautiful young woman in her career, is shocked by the words spoken on her mobile phone by an unknown voice. Who's the stalker who knows you so well that he whispers those phrases? Are you looking at her from the window of one of the skyscrapers in front of the apartment where she recently moved? The voice creeps into the woman's mind becoming a painful presence. He doesn't see it, but he's there. Closer than you get to fear.

Grandfather Ant's wisdom

The colorful world of a flowery meadow is the backdrop to the stories of a colony of ants, led by the wise Grandfather Ant. Magic made of simplicity and discovery in learning the wonders of nature, the values of friendship and the importance of mutual respect. An educational book with fluid language, enriched by drawings that lead to dreaming through the adventures of cute ants, hornet, bat and other cute animals.

Complemented by translations of the text in French and English, the book also becomes a pretext and a means of bringing children, in a playful way, closer to foreign languages.

SALVAN MARINELLA

Marinella Salvan, born in Milan in 1957, now lives at the Lido in Venice and loves the Asiago Plateau.

The author of the novel "Iworst has passed" in which she tackles the difficult subject of stalking, she then wrote with her daughter Valentina a book dedicated to children, " The Wisdom of GrandfatherAnt".
