BOOK " EAT that LOSE WEIGHT "
Are decades in the Western world, a host of "experts" are publicising unabatedly magic formulae ready-made for slimming.
They are almost always the same, with a few variations, dictated by passing fads, and talk about calories, of energy balance, "revenue" to be minor compared to the "consumption".
Who wants to lose weight is then targeted by countless diets, many of whom arrive by making a great noise and then disappear slowly in silence.
To these are added the constant messages and intrusive marketing of food industries, which we complement buy food without sugar (but filled with sweeteners), "light" foods fat poor (but full of sugars), foods sold as natural (but full of preservatives). A morass of vague and confusing information.
And only one given certain: we continue to fatten. You need to order. Because things are much more complex as the recount.
The truth is inconvenient, but it is urgent: something is broken in the delicate balance between our metabolism to the environment that surrounds us, and the origin of this rift must be sought in the food we eat: iperprocessato, ipercalorico and iponutriente. Only a scientific approach can help us to regain that lost balance and lose weight not fat anymore.
This book – accompanied by a practical weekly menu, tasty recipes and practical advice – makes us discover how, explaining that choose to lose weight is so concerned to be more slender and attractive, but not only: it is an absolute priority for our health, life insurance.
