Thursday, 14 August 2014 starting at 21.00 hours from the parish church of Canovedi Roana, Asiago plateau, there will be a Procession of the assumption.

ASSUMPTION OF MARY

Theassumption of Mary into heaven is a Catholic dogma which States that Mary, finished the course of earthly life, he moved to Paradise, with both the soul and the body, i.e. the assumption, was welcomed into heaven. The assumption of Mary, in Catholic thought, is ananticipation of the resurrection of the flesh, that to all other men will occur only at the end of the times, with the last judgement.
