Progress of FUNCTIONAL PILATES at the Kinesis of Asiago

The Functional Pilates body training is a dynamic, intense and comprehensive, combining the movements of Pilates andfunctional training, with the aim to develop flexibility, balance and strength.

Every Tuesday night, the Kinesis Centre proposes in its Asiago, seda to a Functional Pilates course dedicated to those who want to practice this sport to find the perfect shape or just to download the tensions and reach a State of balance, harmony and well-being.

FUNCTIONAL PILATES COURSE DAYS AND TIMES

The course of Functional Pilates Asiago Kinesis Centre will be held on the following dates and times:

▶ monthly subscription with access to 2/3 free choice week courses (except yoga and salsa cubana): €50 per month

▶ monthly subscription with access to course 1 week free choice: €30 per month

▶ Subscription 3 months maturity inputs 10 (possible access to all courses): €69 of 10 inputs

▶ trial lesson: €5 to class
