Quad overlooking the Fort Verena-24 July 2018

Quad excursion with lunch in refuge at an altitude of 2000 m.

Tuesday 24 February 2018, starting at 9.30, the sports ground of Mezzaselva di Roana will be meeting place for an impressive quad excursion, organized in collaboration with Palano Services .

Along the way there is a interesting visit to Strong Verena. It was considered, by the austro-Hungarians "ruler of the plateau", the reason is obvious: being at 2015 metres altitude, was higher than the other. Also known because it started the very first gun shot, on the Italian side, which marked the entry into war of the Kingdom of Italy on 24 May 1915.

You will have lunch with friends, in refuge, at an altitude of 2000 metres. Surrounded by the wonderful landscape of the plateau.
