On Friday, June 2, 2023, the Valmaron Refuge in Enego invites you to participate in an exciting guided e-bike tour entitled "Fort Lisser, the Lion of the Plateau".
The expert guides will lead you to the fort, at 1633 meters above sea level, where the view is truly breathtaking.
Dating back to the period of the First World War and placed to defend the Italian border against the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the fortification has recently been restored and can be visited.
The meeting point is at the suggestive Valmaron Refuge at 8:30, with departure scheduled for 9:00. The excursion will last approximately 4-5 hours, during which you will be accompanied by an expert guide who will lead you along the paths through the enchanting landscapes of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni.
On your return, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch at the Valmaron Refuge, where you can relax and share your experiences with the other participants.
The excursion is open to all those who wish to participate, whether they rent an e-bike at the Valmaron Refuge, or who already have their own. Different prices will apply according to different options.
Reservations are required.
The price of participation is € 75 per person and includes the rental of the e-bike, the excursion with a professional guide and lunch at the refuge.
For those who already have their own e-bike, the price is instead of 35 € per person.
