IHL Ice Hockey A Championship Match

On Thursday, January 23, 2020,theAsian-Hockey Lions will face the Rittner Buamin Game 2 of the semi-finals for the 2019/2020 IHL Serie A Championship.

The match will begin at 8:30 p.m.,at Asiago's Odegar Ice Stadium.

The Giallorossi will do everything to win and thus be able to continue the race to the final and the title of champions of Italy!

ASIAGO HOCKEY RELEASE OF 22/1/2020

The Migross, tomorrow Thursday 23 January starting at 20.30, is played the chance to extend to race 3 the semi-final for the 2019/20 Scudetto. Renon, winning a hard-fought Game 1 at home, earned his first match point, but will have to play on the Red Yellow Ice.
The only useful result for the Stars is the victory, otherwise they will deliver the final to the Rittners. At Collalbo, Mattila's men had a good race, keeping the result in balance until the middle of the last period. The most positive notes come from the compactness that the Lions have shown, playing with great competition but maintaining the discipline that so many times had penalized captain Benetti and teammates. The performance of the special teams was also good, the defensive team showed that it could withstand the shock of the Buam Power Play, while the offensive one scored the only yellow red goal of the evening. The entire roster is available for Game 2, apart from Vallini continuing his recovery journey.

Renon took advantage of the home game, leading to only one victory from the final. As always, coach Budaj's men have shown great concreteness and defensive solidity. Put under pressure from Asiago they never broke down, defending with great sacrifice, and then starting again on the counter-attack, realizing in a very cynical way the chances created.

Tomorrow night we will see the first sliding door of the Asiago season, losing would mean a season goal, winning would still give a chance to reach the final. The Lions, with the support of the Odegar, will try in all ways, the spectacle and emotions will not be lacking.
