Rotzo deserves to be known not just for potatoes! The westernmost of the plateau is also one of the oldest. In the locality of Bostel there are archaeological excavations that bear witness to the iron age settlements along the Ledges of Valdassa were, in fact, protected the prehistoric hunters who climbed the valleys in search of game.
