Yoga and meditation
Sunday, august 8, 2021at the Parco delle Leggende in Cesuna di Roana,a lesson will be held suitablefor everyone of fluid yoga practice, conscious breathing and deep relaxation; all accompanied by the magical soundof the Handpan and other instruments.
The practice will be led by Giulia, a RYS 500 OREyoga teacher, and a Handpanplayer, a metal percussion instrument with warm and refined sound.
Comfortable clothing,a yoga mat and blanket are recommended.
Meeting by 5:15 pm at the Parco delle Leggende; in case of bad weather at the Palaciclamino. The class will start at 5:30 pm and will last about an hour and a half.
Reservation required within the previous day.
