The Sagra del Sedano di Rubbio back on theAsiago plateau from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 September 2018 for a weekend full of flavor and fun.

The protagonist of this tasty event on Rubbio celery, one of the most famous typical products of our territory.
The tasty and abundant present at the Festival with the food Stand will be made with this precious vegetable: one more opportunity that offers us l' Plateau to taste every traditional dish.

The days will also be alive with music and entertainment, fun for all ages!

A thousand meters above sea level the celery has a season of her own: once sowed with jackets protected from late January to March; Today the seedlings come from nurseries and are planted in the ground well worked and composted cattle manure or equine, as soon as the weather gives idea of having quieted, between May and June. In summer the celery grows without the need for much, because it mostly just the dew at night to cool the soil; the same is true of other adversities, diseases and pests, which have fewer incidences thanks to mountain climate. Thus the time of' bleaching, operation consisting in cover of land up to a certain height rib of celery, so away from light can stay clear and croccanti. Rubbio celery features are the costa Blanca, the tenderness and the delicate flavor.

THIRD ANNUAL MEETING-RALLY SPORTS CAR RALLY YEARS 80/90/2000 RUBBIO
- From 18.30 to 20.00: meet near the big top, next to the sports facilities for the car with WELCOME DRINK for drivers and escorts
- 20.30 Hours: DEPARTURE for the ROUTE
- 21.30 Hours around: RETURN to the big top, dinner for drivers and escorts

-Opening Hours 19.00: food stand
- 21.30 Hours: FLUO PARTY with dj set Arkin Pako & Dj Dj Mr.

SATURDAY 8 SEPTEMBER

- 8.00 Hours: Conco Marchers Group organizes theexit of the Festa della Madonna di Rubbio, meeting in the square in Conco, transfer by car to the Col ZOLINA.
Is scheduled to arrive in Rubbio 12.30 a.m., lunch at the food stand.
(Route: Colle Zolina, Col di Malga Valleranetta, Trinceroni, Mattio, Cimo, Rajesh. Length 10 km with difference of 300 metres. Only entries in the days leading up to the exit at Office ProLoco Conco)

- Hours 9.00: presentation of the 31 ^ show RUBBIO CELERY
- 9.30 A.m.: Holy Mass
- Hours 12.00: opening food stand with celery dishes
- 15.00 Hours: Holy Mass presided by Episcopal Vicar of the Diocese of Padua don Marco Cagol, with historical procession in honor of MARY AS a CHILD accompanied by the band "Attilio Banda" di Fontanelle
- 17.00 O'clock: awards for the best Rubbio celery and traditional auction of samples exposed to view
- 18.00 Hours: opening food stand with celery dishes
- 20.30 Hours: Dancing with the orchestra "ROGER VOICE of the SUN"

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

- Hours 12.00: opening of food stands and traditional COMMUNITY LUNCH
