Meeting to learn about the ancient Buddhist practice called SAMPAI in Asiago
In Jockang, the most important Buddhist temple in Lhasa in Tibet, a fire broke out and the traditions of Tibetan culture are at risk of extinction.
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 March 2018, the yoga instructor Gigliola Feltham organizes a meeting to introduce and pass on the ancient Buddhist practice called Sampai.
Over the past two mornings you will practice this ancient dynamic sequence of Tibetan monks and to know the meaning and the beneficial effects that leads to physical, emotional and mental level.
The meetings will take place at 10.00 hours, Asiago, via j. Scajaro 70.
