Nature walk with YOGA entitled "the maze of being: Carlton of St. mark" with Guide Plateau in the Asiago plateau and Chandra Yoga

NATURE WALKS IN SEARCH OF WELLNESS OF BODY AND MIND THROUGH YOGA

On August 27, 2016 Guide Association Plateau and Chandra Yoga, organize a meeting of "Strolling in nature in search of wellbeing through Yoga" in Carlton of St. Mark.

Among the views of a place so charming as mysterious face the maze of our awareness.

The Carlson of San Marco, are North of the plateau and represent an interesting area from a geological point of view of the plateau. The sedimentary rocks of this place form a veritable maze of rock, but inside it there will be no shortage of unique plants in Highland.

MEETING POINT:

Meeting at 7.30 at the PLAYGROUND of GALLIUM to Gallium.

DURATION OF THE WALK WITH YOGA

Duration: all day

COST OF THE ACTIVITY

Adult 18 euro, 10 euro guys up the 15 years.

Lunches (sandwich and water desperately needed)

Confidence and competence

Walk with a naturalist guide Environmental support and enabled by aprofessional teacher in Yoga.

DRESS CODE

Are necessary for walking the walking boots, long pants, fleece, anorak and evening/night and stack for a Lightweight fleece blanket.

It is also advisable to wear sunglasses, sunscreen, too.
