Nature walk at dawn entitled "imagination that sneaks into the shadows of the beech: Cima Ekar" with guides in the plateau of Asiago Plateau
NATURE WALKS IN SEARCH OF WELLNESS OF BODY AND MIND THROUGH YOGA
The June 4, 2016 Guide Association Plateau and Chandra Yoga, organize a meeting of "Strolling in nature in search of wellbeing through Yoga" in Cima Ekar.
There are places that stimulate especially our fancy. We will accompany shades and shadows of an old beech tree, dissolving the imagination through their infinite shades.
The path to arrive at Cima Ekar, is particularly interesting for the vegetation of beech that will accompany us and for the variety of flora that along the way they meet.
Walk performed atSUNSET to enjoy the awakening of the SUN and of the day.
MEETING POINT:
Meeting at 5,15 at the location/pizzeria STARLING in Asiago.
DURATION OF THE WALK WITH YOGA
Duration: 4 hours comprensicvo of Yoga.
COST OF THE ACTIVITY
Adult 18 euro, 10 euro guys up the 15 years.

Confidence and competence
Walk with a naturalist guide Environmental support and enabled by aprofessional teacher in Yoga.
DRESS CODE
Are necessary for walking the walking boots, long pants, fleece, anorak and evening/night and stack for a Lightweight fleece blanket.
It is also advisable to wear sunglasses, sunscreen, too.
