Guided excursion "visiting herbs" and themed lunch to Col Del Vento di Cesuna di Roana, Asiago plateau
Sunday 22 April 2018, during the SLOW FOOD DAY 2018, Alm, Col Del Vento organizes, in collaboration with slow food of Asiago, a day of exploring nature and typical products of the Asiago plateau.
A real experience in the field, with guided the wild herbs, followed by a luncheon dedicated to the flavors of our land, with wild herbs and many other delicious local produce, including meat of Sheep of Foza, bred by a year on the farm With The Wind.
